Place your order
Choose your jewellery, colour and any optional personal details.

Send your inclusions
We’ll send simple instructions after ordering. Usually only a teaspoon of ashes or a small lock of hair or fur is needed.

Handmade with care
Emma carefully creates your jewellery using your chosen colour and personal inclusions.

Quality checked
Every piece is inspected, cleaned and photographed before leaving the workshop.

Delivered to your door
Your jewellery is carefully packaged and sent free using Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
Sending inclusions
- Around one teaspoon of ashes is usually enough.
- A small lock of hair or fur can be used.
- Please label everything with your name and order number.
- Any unused inclusions are safely returned with your finished piece.
Good to know
- Turnaround is 7–10 working days once your inclusions have arrived.
- Custom gold pieces can take up to 10 weeks.
- Every piece is handmade, so slight variations make each one unique.
- Personalised orders cannot usually be cancelled once work has begun.
