When your order will be sent
Most jewellery is completed within approximately 7 to 10 working days from the date work begins. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.
Work can begin once your order details are confirmed and any required inclusions, such as ashes, hair or fur, have been safely received.

Custom gold designs
Custom gold pieces are made to order by a specialist jeweller and can take up to 10 weeks to complete.
Busy periods
Turnaround may be slightly longer during busy periods such as Christmas. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
