Dispatch Timescales
Your jewellery is dispatched via DPD Next Day once Emma has completed your piece. Standard turnaround is 10–14 working days, after which your order arrives the next working day.
Parcel Tracking
You'll receive a DPD tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, with a precise 1-hour delivery window sent the morning of delivery.
Free UK Delivery
Delivery is completely free on all UK orders. No hidden shipping charges at checkout.
Safe Delivery Guarantee
DPD takes a photo at point of delivery as proof. If no one is home, DPD will attempt a second delivery or divert to a local Pickup shop.
Gift Box Packaging
Every order is placed in a beautiful gift box before dispatch. The outer packaging is plain and discreet.
UK Coverage
DPD covers the whole of mainland UK. Remote areas including Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may require an additional working day.

📦 Returning Your Inclusions
Any unused inclusions are always returned to you with your finished jewellery.
- Unused ashes, hair or other inclusions are carefully repackaged
- Returned inside the same parcel as your finished jewellery
