• Our average turnaround time is 10 to 14 days. Larger orders may take slightly longer. For special custom orders please leave up to 10 weeks as this is made specially for the customer by our craftsman jeweller.

  • Yes you can, you can add both hair or cremation ashes, you can also add more than one set of ashes to any bespoke piece. Please send a teaspoon of cremation ashes and approximately a toothpick width of hair.

  • Absolutely! I am extremely busy working on bespoke jewellery at the moment though so I may not be able to answer the phone right away. If you leave a voicemail, text or email me and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible 😊

  • Absolutely not. All inclusions are worked in a sterile area. I take the utmost care and respect whilst handling your loved ones ashes. Only one piece is STRICTLY worked on at a time. There is zero chance of cross contamination.

  • Absolutely yes! this ensures that you can wear all of your favourite charms at the same time. Or simply choose which charms you would like to wear.

  • You can be refunded up until the point that I start to work on your jewellery. Once I have added inclusions to resin, I will not be able to refund you. Custom Gold jewellery pieces sadly cannot be refunded as these are tailor made to order.

  • Your beautifully packaged final item will be posted home with DPD Tracked 24. You will receive an email with the tracking code once it has been sent, and will be able to track this along the way to your door.

  • I am honoured that you have entrusted and allowed me to take care of your loved one. My workspace is immaculate, peaceful and calm. I sage the area before any work is undertaken to ensure that we have a beautiful energy. If there is a certain song you would like played while I am working or a prayer that you would like me to say, I am more than happy to do this for you.

  • Once your jewellery arrives home you will receive a ‘hard’ copy care sheet which you can refer to. Certain rings are recommended for occasional wear and not suitable to wear on a daily basis. We recommend not using harsh chemicals or silver polish directly on the resin area. You will be provided with a soft cloth to buff your jewellery. We cannot be held liable or responsible for the loss of cz stones.
