TERMS OF SERVICE (please read carefully)
It is solely the clients responsibility to ensure that they have correctly measured their finger correctly for their ring size. Inclusions that have been set in resin cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Ashes come in all shades of colours. Please note that your finished item of jewellery may not look exactly the same as a photo on the website.
You have 24 hours notice to change your mind for a refund. Once work has begun on your item of jewellery we cannot refund you.
Turnaround time is approximately 10 to 14 days, not including weekends or bank holidays, Please allow up to 10 weeks for Custom Gold Designs as these are made to order by the jeweller.
Please note I DO NOT CARRY all stock items and need to order first. If your product is temporarily out of stock I will let you know as waiting times will be longer, this is out of my control.
A full aftercare sheet will provided with your finished piece. We are not responsible nor will accept any responsibility for any damage incurred to the resin by not following the aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for any cubic zirconia stones that may come loose, these stones are advised to be worn as an occasional ring and not made for everyday wear.
If you find that your resin piece has become scratched (please refer to care-sheet) I will repair this for you within 12 months of purchase, you will be responsible for all postage costs each way
All of the jewellery is handmade and not mass produced. Therefore there could be a chance of a slight imperfection of tiny micro bubbles in the resin. These are not a fault, we always try our upmost for this not to happen, but on occasion it can.
Our jewellery is rigorously inspected before packaging and photographed.
