Ordering process

Step 1

Place an order on our website and request a free inclusion kit. Alternatively call for assistance.

Step 2

If you place an order online then you will receive an ashes collection pack in the post

Step 3

You will receive an email once we have received your inclusion and we will begin to start creating your jewellery.

Step 4

We will let you know when your jewellery is ready. We will dispatch your items the next day. You will receive an email with a tracking number.

Step 5

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged with a certificate and care instructions along with any unused ashes or hair.
